A teacher-focused summit that’s talking about what really matters*

Student apathy. AI use. Teacher retention.

*while earning CEUs an having fun.

Our Goal

Sick of Quit-tok? Us too. This event is a one-day summit for both brand-new educators finding their footing and teacher leaders ready to inspire the next generation. The TeacherTok Sycamore Summit blends the energy of social media’s teacher community with the grounded expertise of real classroom leaders.

This isn’t your typical sit-and-get PD. Expect real talk on the challenges, practical strategies you can use tomorrow, and authentic stories from teachers who’ve been where you are. From classroom management hacks to keeping your passion alive in the age of “quit-talk,” you’ll leave with tools, community, and confidence to thrive in teaching. In between all of that, we will have a mimosa bar, giveaways, and more-all while earning CEUs!

This event is for teachers who are just starting their first year or are guiding others as a mentor or department lead. This one-day summit will help teachers:

Connect with educators who “get it” – from TeacherTok creators to veteran mentors. Discover classroom-ready strategies that save time and sanity.

Rediscover resilience, innovation, and joy in teaching.

Build your professional network with teachers who are staying, leading, and thriving.

Who is it for?

Would it even be a teacher summit without learning goals? (and mimosas!?)
Event Outcomes

Participants will leave with:

  • Concrete strategies for addressing student apathy and classroom challenges.

  • New insights on retention, resiliency, and teacher sustainability.

  • Practical frameworks for applying pragmatic strategies in education.
